Amazing Grace (#47)

For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich. 2 Corinthians 8:9
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. Romans 8:18, 19
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28
...in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2:7, 8
In his love for us, God sent his Son to die for our salvation. Salvation is free to all who repent and believe. If you want to accept this free gift, here is a prayer:
Dear God, save me from my sins and make me your child. Show me how to live a life of gratitude and love. In the name of Jesus who died that I might be saved. Amen.
